Learning Point - 2 - Spoon feed and Laziness

So this is what I learnt this week

Spoon Feed

I knew this word, "spoon feed", when I was in secondary 3 or 4, where my math teacher, Mr Beh said to our class, which he couldn't kept spoon feed us with answers. I thought he's not a very good teacher because we don't know how to do that math question, that's why we want him to show us the answer. I don't dislike him, in fact I actually liked him ever since I know him during my secondary school days. This week, I heard that word, spoon feed, by one of my friend.

Now, I fully get what it meant, not because I don't get it during my secondary school days, but it's not my priority or it's not important for me to think about that now, which is at that time. But now, I got it, is a must to be applied to be in my life, never ever spoon feed people. So this few weeks, we're doing our project and there're some of my friend who kept asking me how to do this and that, which make me couldn't focused on my work, though now I can managed but I just get irritated by this. Though I want to tell them that I couldn't helped them but every time when I see them struggle, I know how it feels, that's why I don't want to leave them behind.

But now, the more I help, the more they depend on me, which became me spoon feeding them. I think the reason why they need help is either they are lazy to think and solve it by themselves, which brings me to my next point.

Laziness

Laziness, to me there're quite a lot of different kind of laziness. But let's continue the things that I want to mention. So, because people who are lazy, they tend to not to think and solve problem by themselves and instead, they ask people to help them to solve for themselves though that person, for now I'm referring to me, had the same problem as them, but I myself solved it by MYSELF.

Some people are lazy because they're not interested in the stuff they're doing, but that doesn't mean you can stopped learning and don't listen in class or pretend to be focused in class but once the lesson is over, every thing that you've learnt is gone or not even learning anything. I know you're not interested, I also had this kind of problem and I tend to run away or ignore it, but now I see it clearly, every where is a learning point, every thing is a learning point and even though I'm not interested, I want to learn something back home and in the future, I can apply it on some use.

I myself also changing myself, I start from the bottom, I know how people feel, well some too complicated but I was once lazy (even now I'm also lazy), but I'm willing to change for the better, willing to change for myself and help other people in the future.

In conclusion, it's time to learn even if we're not interested, it's time to change and move to a better place and it's time to change for the better.
